Khyati Keshwani, also known as Khyati Khandke Keshwani, is a well-known television actress in India. She made her acting debut when she was just 17 years old.

She claims that acting was always something she was interested in doing. Due to the fact that her father worked in a drama school and a lot of his friends, including directors and actors, used to hang out at their house, she believed that a career in acting was destined for her.

She later tied the knot with film writer Yash Keshwani, whose credits include Viruddh, Dus, Cash, and a number of others. They were introduced to one another by Mahesh Manjrekar in 2007, when she was working on the set of the film Deha.

It just so happened that Mahesh was a personal friend of her husband. In the year 2001, Khyati also appeared in the movie Nayak in a supporting role.

She has stated, however, that she has no interest in pursuing a career in the film industry and plans to continue working in the television industry.

She rose to prominence after landing the part of Sejal, a villain, in the Indian soap opera Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi, which aired on STAR Plus.

The actress acknowledged that the role she played in this television series contributed to the perception that she only appears in negative roles.

After that, Khyati appeared in the Hindi television series Woh Rehne Waali Mehlon Ki on Sahara One, portraying a variety of characters, both positive and negative.

She was cast in Kesar on STAR Plus and Mamta on Zee TV, both of which featured her in unfavourable roles. The most difficult part that she has ever played was in the television show Khel, in which she played the part of Divya Oberoi, a child whose parents had abandoned her.

This was by far the most difficult part that she has ever played.

Khyati stated that she returned to the small screen in 2011, after taking a break for two years; she has done a positive role as Laxmi, the mother of Sarika (played by Jayashree Venkataramanan) on NDTV Imagine’s Beend Banoongaa Ghodi Chadhunga. Khyati stated that she returned to the small screen in 2011.

In addition, she appeared in the television show titled “Dil Se Di Dua… Saubhagyavati Bhava?” which aired on Life OK. In the drama series Shubh Vivah, which aired on Sony TV in 2012, she played the role of a lawyer for Saroj Nigam, who was played by Neha Janpandit.

In addition, she played the part of Kritikain in the Life OK drama series ‘Devon KeDev…Mahadev,’ which is based on a mythological story.

Khyati also plays the role of Parvati, the mother of Ishwar Sharma (who is portrayed by Tabrez Khan), on the show Rishton Ke Bhanwar Mein Uljhi Niyati on Sahara One, which was produced by Creative Eye Limited and for which she made her return to acting after a gap of 15 years.

As an actress, Khyati has undergone a tremendous transformation and developed a great deal over the course of her career. In the past, she was only recognised for playing supporting and antagonistic roles, but she has since demonstrated her worth in the field of television acting.

Khyaati Keswani (Kumkum Bhagya): Interviews

How have tables turned for you in terms of your career with this show?

I am now receiving a much higher level of recognition. It is inevitable when you are a part of one of the top three shows in the country, which is the case when you are a part of the show that I have been a part of for the past two and a half years.

Wherever I go, people recognise me, but it’s primarily because of my role in the television shows Kynkii Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi and Dil Se Dil Tak.

However, at this point, Kumkum Bhagya is the only source of recognition I have, and everywhere I go, people refer to me as Pallavi.

How strong of a connection do you feel with Shabir Ahluwalia and Sriti Jha?

The actors Sriti Jha and Shabir Ahluwalia are two of the most modest people I’ve ever seen in the industry. It does not feel like you are in the presence of stars when you are around them.

They are the kind of people who can easily fall into conversation with anyone, and over the years, they have developed close friendships with those they sit with.

In point of fact, I am a very big supporter of them. In point of fact, whenever they are giving a performance, they are extremely enjoyable to watch.

The fact that they are such modest people is the icing on the cake. [Case in point]

Who is the person who works the closest to you on the show’s sets?

I have a strong connection with Krishna. We both bring a lot of energy to the screens, and even when we’re not working together, my co-star Krishna Kaul and I are very good friends.

When you are in Krishna’s presence, it is impossible to remain silent. Simply put, he makes you feel better, and it is precisely because of this that the mother–son chemistry shines through in movies.

Everyone is a close friend of mine, but Krishna is my closest friend.

How is your character, Pallavi?

My character has undergone a significant transformation; she used to be warm, loving, and lighthearted, but now she is controlling and coldhearted.

She has established herself as the pivotal figure in the dynamics and business dealings of her family. In terms of the range of feelings that can be experienced, this represents a dramatic shift to the opposite end.

In reference to your character, how closely do you identify with the persona of Pallavi when it comes to your own life?

The character before the transformation was very similar to how I am in real life; for example, she loved her children without conditions and let their love flow freely.

But despite the change, the love is still there; it’s just that she’s trying to maintain a tough exterior.

Because I am not like that in real life, playing this character is an extremely exciting challenge for me because I have to completely imagine who she is.
